Our story

Baked by two, in Weston.

Happy Cookie Bar is Kayla & Rodrigo, a husband-and-wife home bakery in Weston, Toronto, working in small batches out of our own kitchen.

We keep it tight on purpose: one box of four cookies, with our always-on chocolate chip plus three flavours that change every week. Big, bakery-style cookies made in small batches. No 20-flavour menu, no shortcuts.

Every order goes home in a window bakery box belted with a Caramel band, built to be a gift moment, every time. That's the whole brand.

We're a home bakery, not a storefront, so the path to a fresh cookie is a little more personal. Order here for Saturday pickup, find us at a market, or wait on courier.

Things people ask.

How do I actually order?
Scroll up to this week's menu and place an order, or DM us on Instagram at @happycookiebar any time from Monday's drop until our Friday 10 PM deadline. Choose how many boxes, check out, and pick up Saturday afternoon from our Weston kitchen. We'll send the exact address with your order confirmation. (Orders pause over the weekend, and we're back Monday with the next drop.)
When are cookies actually baked?
Saturday morning. We're a bake-to-order home bakery, so your cookies are fresh out of the oven the same day you receive them. Packaged into a window bakery box with our Caramel band before they leave our kitchen.
Do you deliver?
Not yet. Every order is pickup from our Weston kitchen, Saturday afternoon, and we'll send the exact address with your order confirmation. Same-day courier through DoorDash and Uber Eats is in the works and we'll announce it on @happycookiebar the day it goes live. Later in 2026 we'll open city-wide shipping for gift boxes.
What are the allergens?
All our cookies contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy (from the chocolate). Our Dubai Chocolate (pistachios) and Kinder Bueno (hazelnuts) cookies contain tree nuts, and because everything is baked in one small home kitchen, every cookie may contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts. Our home kitchen is not certified allergen-free. We can't accommodate severe allergies right now, sorry about that. We label every cookie box with the full allergen statement.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
Best within 3 to 4 days at room temperature in a sealed container, or up to 2 weeks in the freezer. A 25-second microwave warm-up brings any cookie right back to bakery-fresh.
Can I order for a wedding / corporate event / future date?
Yes, but please DM us at least 2 weeks ahead so we can plan production. Custom orders, corporate gifting, and event quantities are welcome. Pricing is the menu rate; volume discounts negotiable on 50+ cookies. Email hello@happycookiebar.com to talk specifics.
How do I get in touch?
DM @happycookiebar on Instagram for the fastest reply, especially during the order window (Monday to Friday). For anything that needs more than a couple of sentences (catering, press, partnerships, custom orders, or just hello), email hello@happycookiebar.com and we'll get back to you within a day or two.
